Custom Design + Personalized Invitations

DESIGN

Paperworks Design Studio has a large selection of stock invitations and envelopes to choose from as well as custom products tailored to your specific needs. We don’t normally meet with customers and are able to communicate via email and phone. If an appointment is absolutely necessary, we can arrange one. If you have an idea of or vision of something that you do not see on our website, we will be happy to come up with a similar design. Modifications can also be made and/or a custom design can be incorporated such as a photo or monogram. In most cases, we tailor a standard design to fit your event’s color theme or style. The first step is to fill out the form on the Ordering page and include any specifications or modifications you would like. We will get back to you shortly and discuss your needs. If you would like to order a sample, there is a charge of $10 per item and this fee will be refunded should you place an order.

PROOF

After discussing your order, we will send you a formal written estimate including the design cost (if custom) and modifications (if there are any) based on your needs. A digital proof (pdf) will be created and emailed to you for size, placement, and details. Costs include two rounds of revisions free of charge. Upon approval of the digital proof, we will send out a physical sample so you can check color and quality of paper. This lengthens turnaround time, but guarantees accuracy.

APPROVAL

Upon receiving the physical sample, it is very important to proofread the item carefully because as soon as an order is placed, we start production. After receiving the sample, we require an initial deposit of 50% upon starting the order with the remaining due upon completion of the order. Shipping will be determined at a later date. Additional rounds of revisions after placing an order will be billed at $25 each.

PRODUCTION

Because everything we do is handmade, the production time will vary. We will give you a rough idea depending on your order in the written estimage. We recommend not waiting until the last minute because there is an additional cost for rush orders if our schedule allows (25% above normal costs). We will do our best to accommodate you and your event.
